In this mini camp, we will review/preview adding/subtracting with regrouping and multiplication (skip counting, groups, etc.) to prepare for the next semester and keep skills fresh over break.

I am a certified teacher with 20+ years teaching math. I have taught K5 all the way up to High School Algebra II. I love math and want to share my passion and ignite this love for math in your student. My approach is traditional and I teach using the Singapore Math method (specifically use Singapore Dimensions as a resource for my lessons). Mental Math and word problem practice are incorporated into lessons and help your child to become critical thinkers. We also have FUN! I incorporate number games, critical thinking games and other fun activities to keep students interested. In this mini-camp, we will concentrate on addition and subtraction with regrouping as well as pre-multiplication skills. Come get ready for the second part of the year and keep those skills fresh over break!
