In this private tutoring session, your learner will receive targeted, individualized instruction and extra practice on any math concept/skill requested. I love developing relationships with my students, and I strive to make every class fun and engaging. My goal is to have every learner feel successful at the end of class!  

My teaching style is to make every class as multi-sensory and interactive as possible. Once I know the math concept you would like covered, I will create a power-point lesson breaking down each step of the skill and offering multiple opportunities for the student to practice problems including games, quizzes, and using the interactive class whiteboard to complete problems together. The last 15 minutes of each session will be a time where I can help the learner on homework problems. If there is no homework, we will use this time for additional practice on the requested math concept. 

This private tutoring session is designed by YOU! Please let me know the following information prior to the start of class.
1. Grade your learner is currently in.
2. Math concept/skill you would like your learner to work on (ex. fractions, decimals, multiplication, division, addition/subtraction, shapes, word problems, etc.)

The pace of tutoring sessions will be entirely tailored to your learner's ability and progress. We may take multiple tutoring sessions to cover one math skill. Or we may move on to a new math concept each week. Perhaps you would like me to follow your child's school math curriculum topics and review the math concept/homework in our weekly tutoring session. Just let me know, we will work together!
