In this online class, students will learn our multiplication facts using a math game called multiplication clock.
Class Experience
In this class students will practice their math facts for tables 2-12 with an exciting game to race against the clock! Each class will start with learning the multiplication is repeated addition and practice with a few brain warm-ups for each session. Then students will view a hundreds chart and see the pattern of repeated addition for each fact. Students will learn how to play a multiplication clock game to help with their math facts.
Students will learn their math facts for multiplication tables 2-12. Students will learn that multiplication is repeated addition and a faster method to solve math equations. The math game used during this class session will help students with their memorization skills for their math facts.
I have ten years of teaching experience and I am currently teaching third grade. I use this math game in my classroom to help my students build their multiplication fluency facts.

4 files available upon enrollmentAt the beginning of each session, students will be provided a pdf multiplication clock game to print off and use during class time (if they wish) or used at home for extra practice. Students will be encouraged to have something to write on during class (dry erase board and marker or paper and pencil) to help with learning the multiplication clock game. A google slide presentation of the clock game will also be provided to all students. Learners may access the games through a provided PDF link.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
