Have you mastered your math facts? How fast can you answer math problems? Do you like racing against others? Then this class is for you! We will use KAHOOT each day to test our math facts for a fun and quick assessment. Learners will be encouraged to solve each problem mentally before submitting your answer electronically. Learners can use this assessment to review math facts while practicing mental math skills. This class is fun and can be somewhat challenging, because math test should be fun! Day 1: Addition Facts Addition Math Facts (up to three digits) Example problems: 1+3, 20 + 3, 200 + 30, 2,000 + 397 Day 2: Subtraction Facts Subtraction Math Facts (up to three digits) Example problems: 5 - 3 , 50 - 30, 500 - 30 Day 3: Multiplication Facts Multiplication Math Facts (up to 10's) Example problems: 2 X 5 Day 4: Division Facts Division Math Facts (up to 10's) 30 divided by 5 Learners are encouraged to come back for continuous math fact practice.
Learning Goals
Students will improve on their speed and accuracy in problem solving mentally by starting simple to more challenging in the four math groups: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.

Supply List
Other than having Outschool Zoom open to see the questions, learners will need to have access to Kahoot. This website does not need to be downloaded or signed up for; learners just need to click play and wait for the game pin when class begins.
