Description
Class Experience
This 45 minute class is for the sole purpose of drilling multiplication facts from 1x1 through 12x12 in a fast paced game, Snake. Each student will quickly write the answers to the multiplication equation to drill their times table. Once we complete one Snake game set, students will add up their total to see who ends up with the highest number. Students may help their peers as we all practice during the game. Just bring paper, pencil, or a whiteboard and dry erase marker to write down...
Students will drill their times tables up to 12 x 12 to help speed their math calculations by memorizing the facts they will use in higher math. The focus is to memorize and drill the times tables, while having fun!
This is a no homework class! It is just an enjoyable way to practice and drill math facts.
1 file available upon enrollmentPaper, whiteboard, pencil or dry erase marker, paper towel or cloth to clean whiteboard are all you need. Optional multiplication table to 12 x 12 for new to multiplication students
