In this class we will be working on learning multiplication facts and building up fluency of those multiplication facts to get you ready for the next grade.

The learner must have basic knowledge of beginning multiplication. In this class the learners will be working on their multiplication fact fluency in a fun and exciting way. My teaching style is based on the modeling strategy. I will be modeling the skill or strategy by verbalizing my thinking each step. The learners will then be able to use that skill or strategy to complete the activity. I will interact with the learners on Zoom using presentation mode. We will be interacting with google slides by viewing multiplication video clips, playing games, and answering multiple choice questions. The learners will get a chance to interact with the teacher as they have group discussions during the presentation. Throughout the activity the teacher will give the learners time to think about the question before they answer it. The learners will be typing their answer in the chat box on Zoom. Half-way through the class the learner will be given time to stand up and stretch. I know learning multiplication facts is necessary to be successful in school and I'm here to make sure your child has fun doing it!
Learning Goals
The students will increase their multiplication fact fluency skills by practicing their multiplication facts. The students will review the math facts for the numbers 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
