Description

Class Experience

Get ready to put on your dive gear and escape the deepest and most confusing parts of the ocean. Use your math skills to help us solve addition and subtraction problems. Use your best estimating skills to guess the correct amount of objects on the screen. Practice your pattern and subitizing skills. We will compare numbers using greater than, less than, and equals, we will skip count and more! Can we make it through to the end? 

September 25-October 1: Escape the Coral Reef
October 2-8:...

Students will practice their math skills and deepen their knowledge by working through a series of math problems in an escape room type game class.

I am a current Kindergarten teacher and have been in the classroom since 2014. I am passionate about teaching math to our young learners.

A pencil and paper or dry erase board, marker & eraser.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Canva

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

Classes will be run using Canva by the teacher to screen share the game. No login is required and students will not need to access anything other than Zoom for classes.
