Solving crossword puzzles is one type of mental exercise that has been shown to improve memory, reasoning, spelling, and problem solving skills. Each puzzle grid and clues will be shared on the computer screen so students can fill in the answers. Each puzzle should take about 7-10 minutes. This one-time class offers puzzles #1 - #5 with clues involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, order of operations, integers, expressions, equations, word problems, fractions, decimals,...
