Are your students starting to multiply? Have they been doing multiplication for a while but still have never seemed to be able to master it? Have they mastered the lower level multiplication but 7s-9s have them stumped? In this class, your students will start their journey to master multiplication. This class will walk your kids through tips and tricks for multiplication problems from 7X1 to 9x12. We will look at skip counting, arrays, repeated addition, and patterns to see different ways that we can think about multiplication. Then we will have some practice on multiplication facts with a fun online task card activity. The structure of the class will be as followed. First, introductions. Next, tips and tricks for mastering multiplication. Last, practice with boom cards.

Students will learn different ways to think about multiplication facts from 7x1-9x12.

Parental Guidance
Students will be using boom cards. If they have never used boom cards before they may need your help navigating there, but I will provide a link that they should just be able to click on.
Supply List
We will be working with Boom Learning for practice. However, students do not need to create an account. I will give them a link that will allow them to do the practice without an account. Students should also have paper and a pencil with them so they can follow along and take notes.
