SUMMARY OF THE CLASS Do you want your kids to be able to practice multiplication weekly? Multiplication is foundational to math skills and mastering it helps ensure that students master math for years to come. However, multiplication is learned much more easily in a fun environment where students can learn through play. This ongoing club will have students doing multiplication drills, playing multiplication games, and much more. Each week we will have different activities that will have students working on their multiplication. CLASS BREAKDOWN 🌷🌷April🌷🌷 This month we will be covering 7s and 8s for multiplication Week of April 1st- Multiplication lesson plans 7s and 8s Week of April 8th- Connect four with 7s and 8s Week of April 15th- Bump game with 7s and 8s Week of April 22nd- 7s-9s boom cards multiplication drills 🩷🩷May🩷🩷 We will be working on 9s and 10s this month Week of April 29th- Multiplication lesson plans 9s and 10s Week of May 6th- Connect four with 9s and 10s Week of May 13th- Bump games with 9s and 10s Week of May 20th- 7-9 Boom cards Multiplication Drills Week of May 27th- 9s-10s Multiplication circles ☀️☀️June☀️☀️ We will be working on 11s and 12s this month Week of June 3rd- Multiplication lesson plans for 11s and 12s Week of June 10th- Connect four with 11s and 12s Week of June 17th- Bumps Games 11s and 12s Week of June 24th- Boom Cards for 10s-12s ABOUT ME AND MY STYLE I have been teaching multiplication for over ten years and I love to expand students math knowledge through strategies and fun and games. I also have lots of experience with students with a number of different abilities and neurodiverse students. I have experience with blind students, autistic students, students with ADHD, etc. If your student needs any accommodations to make this class more accessible for them please feel free to reach out and I will make these accommodations to the best of my ability.

Supply List
Students will be starting class out with multiplication drills that I will provide in a PDF. Other supplies will change on a weekly basis but basic craft supplies construction paper, coloring supplies, and scissors will be used for making manipulatives. The weeks that we will need these supplies I will post a supply list in the classroom, if we are doing a worksheet activity one week I will post that as a pdf.

We will sometimes be working on boomlearning.com, multiplication.com, or using online manipulatives. I will show the manipulatives on my screen and the students will take turns answering questions. None of these websites will require students to create an account.
