"In our English Speaking Conversation Class, students will embark on an exciting journey to enhance their English language proficiency while gaining the confidence and skills to engage in meaningful, fluent conversations. This class is specifically designed to achieve the following learning objectives:

Fluency and Articulation: Students will learn to express themselves clearly and confidently in English through guided discussions, debates, and conversations on a wide range of topics. They will develop fluency and articulate their thoughts effectively.

Vocabulary Expansion: Through immersive conversations, students will expand their vocabulary by learning new words and phrases in context. They will also gain a deeper understanding of idiomatic expressions and colloquial language.

Listening and Comprehension: Our class will focus on active listening and comprehension skills, enabling students to understand various English accents and dialects, different speaking paces, and nuances in conversations.

Grammar and Syntax: We'll cover essential grammar rules, sentence structures, and syntax, helping students communicate with grammatical accuracy and precision.

Cultural Insights: Students will gain insights into the cultural aspects of English-speaking countries through conversations about traditions, customs, and current events, providing a well-rounded language experience.

I am certified to teach in the state of Florida and possess an ESOL endorsement and Reading Endorsement alongside my teaching license. I have taught English and Language Arts in the public school system for about 7 years. I have taught 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade content in various educational settings.

Homework Offered
There will be no home learning assignments. There is no class assignments outside of class time. All communication outside of class will be through the Outschool platform.
