Class Experience
In this class, students will learn the art of debate through practical exercises, mock debates, and personalized coaching. Whether aiming to compete in tournaments or improve personal debate skills, students will master critical thinking, effective argumentation, and clear communication. Sessions focus on building confidence, refining persuasive techniques, and fostering quick, analytical thinking to respond to any challenge. Each session is adapted to the students' specific needs. Debate formats I have experience teaching : LD, PF, Policy, Asian Parliament, British Parliament Tutor Session 1: Debate Basics / Skill assessment Tutor Session 2: Topic Analysis Tutor Session 2: Argument Writing Tutor Session 4: Case writing and presentation Teaching style is conversational with collaborative note taking. Students will collect research and notes guided by me through each meeting.
