We’ll cover the basics, break down the steps for successful multiplication, and dive into multi-digit multiplication. Learners will work on leveled examples, gaining confidence and understanding as they go! ✖️ Class 1: How to Multiply Using the Box Method? ✖️ Class 2: Multiplying with 1-Digit Multipliers (e.g., 12 x 5) ✖️ Class 3: Multiply with 2-Digit Multipliers (e.g., 12 x 15) ✖️ Class 4: Multiply with 2-Digit Multipliers and Larger Multiplicands (e.g., 125 x 15) Using Nearpod, learning becomes interactive with fun games and activities that keep math exciting. 🎮 Your child will boost their math skills in a fun, social environment, making it easier to tackle any multiplication challenge! Parental Guidance
Learners will use Nearpod during class. No logins are required—just the provided link to access the platform. These tools make learning engaging and fun while mastering key math concepts!
Pre-Requisites
Basic understanding of single-digit multiplication (e.g., 4 × 6 = 24)
Familiarity with place value concepts
Ability to recognize and work with multi-digit numbers
Supply List
Learners should bring a whiteboard and marker or paper and pencil to each lesson, especially if they prefer to work offline instead of using digital platforms. This will help them actively participate, solve problems, and write out their work during each session.
