Has your learner mastered their multiplication skills? Do you know that fluency in multiplication is one of the most important skills for a student to learn in elementary school? Ask any high school teacher or college educator. Being comfortable in multiplication will help students to see patterns and relationships which in turn makes them better in math. In this class students will practice their mastery of multiplication facts from 0 to 12 with games. Students will be able to engage with their classmates in an exciting learning environment as we play games like Kahoot! This class is ideal for students who have already been introduced to skip counting and multiplication but need more practice to gain fluency and/or practice multi-digit multiplication. Each week the multiplication facts will change so be sure to check it out next time. Upon enrollment students will also receive a handout to practice their counting, addition and multiplication facts as well as a Lapbook to use to help them continue to practice.
Learning Goals
Students will improve their multiplication fluency.
