Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Many different techniques will be used, depending on characteristics of figure.
Your choice of sculpting material (I will be using Polymer Bake Clay) in a variety of colors plus skin tones - check the week’s theme Basic sculpting tools, small rolling pin, dotting tool for eye sockets Wooden toothpicks (cocktail sticks), cut in half OR Jewelry/Sculpting Wire (This is for attaching Head to body and additional "weapons") Optional: I use black glass beads for eyes (large seed bead size or 4.0 size round beads work well)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
If student is using Bake Clay: Polymer clay requires baking according to the package direction. (Generally ~275 °F, depending on your brand of clay). You will bake after class. Parental help is necessary.
