"Marvel-Ous" Superhero Write-Along Storytelling
Avenger fans will listen to a teacher-created superhero story, learn about story structure, and then work together to create their own awesome superhero-themed story that they can print and read at home. If you wish, come dressed as your favorite superhero!

Description
Class Experience
Students will interact together while listening to a teacher-created Superhero story and learn basic story structure elements. They will also create their own story with a problem and solution.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
I will be encouraging students to think of the problem-solving aspects of being a superhero, but some students may bring up fighting and "bad guys" due to the nature of the topic. Also, I have tried to choose quality images for our stories but some heroes (like Hawkeye and Thor, for example) have a weapon like a hammer or bow.
