Description
Class Experience
The goal is simple....get some excersise! We will learn basic punches, kicks and blocks in an energetic way.
Please make sure there is enough room to throw strikes. In addition, make sure that the floor of which we would practice is not slippery as this can cause a student to fall and get hurt.
At the end of each session, students will be asked to name one thing they learned today?
20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Since this is a physical course, it is recommended that parents stay close by.
