Description
Class Experience
I am a 5th degree black belt and have been training in Taekwondo for 16 years. I have also been teaching students ages 4-18 in martial arts for more than 14 years.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Due to the physical fitness nature of this class, learners should have an open workout space to kick, punch, block, and move around in a safe way. This is not a high intensity fitness class, but you may want to have a water bottle nearby for learners to have easy access to. Adult supervision is recommended to help keep learners safe and prevent injuries while taking this class.
