By approaching training this way, all of the following skills will come much easier.

Tricking Disciplines & Concepts:
1. Capoeira
2. Gymnastics
3. Breakdance
4. Tae Kwon Do
5. Parkour

SMA believes in combining the elements of movement disciplines with the foundation of portraying self-defense on film for the welfare of others. We aim to improve self-belief, body awareness, compassion, cultural awareness, athleticism, spatial awareness, and most importantly joy for our comrades to be at peace with one another.
Coach Eurico has been teaching various movement arts such as Capoeira, Martial Arts Tricking, Parkour, and Gymnastics for over 10 years. He is also actively training with the community and working in the stunt and performance industry.
Homework is either a skill, combo, or challenge that we performed in class.
