Day 1 - 1 Tape Measure (optional) A bag of large marshmallows -Regular sized 8.5" by 11.5" piece of cardstock paper or white printer paper. Day 2 - Regular sized marshmallows Cornstarch Icing Sugar (also known as powdered sugar or confectioners sugar) Coconut Oil Food Colouring Microwave friendly bowl - recommended 32 oz/ 4 cup glass liquid measuring cup Tablespoon Spatula or fork Small bowl Cutting board - optional Day 3- marshmallows- mini or regular sized 1 cup of water 1 cup of vinegar - 1 cup of soda or acidic juice, like orange juice Vegetable oil cornstarch Pencil and paper to draw observations Day 4 - Bag of regular sized marshmallows. You can use the mini marshmallow as well.
