Are you a skilled coin collector, shell thrower and banana dodger? Do you enjoy drifting around turns and flying off jumps? Join us for a weekly game of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Each week, we will meet in the Outschool Zoom classroom and have fun racing and battling on Super Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. ***TRY OUT YOUR FIRST WEEK DISCOUNTED WITH THIS $7 OFF COUPON COSE:SCHOO7OFFMARIOKART7 Class Requirements: Nintendo Switch or Switch Lite Copy of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe game Nintendo Online subscription Why join: Every child is welcome and safe to play. We will talk about and practice good sportsmanship. Improved eye hand coordination. Just to have fun and be a kid! To participate in the game, students will need to add the instructor as a friend on their Nintendo Switch. Students are not to add other students as friends without parental approval. Upon enrollment you will receive instructors Nintendo friend code. You will need to friend the instructor no less than 20 minutes before the start of class to insure that it is received before the start of class. Please come to class with your switch and game already loaded! Each week we will play 2-3 different types of battles to maximize our fun together. Outschool and the teacher are neither affiliated, sponsored by, nor endorsed by Nintendo, owner of Nintendo, and Nintendo logo.
Learning Goals
Students will have fun working together and playing a game we love against other students and the instructor. We will work on encouraging each other even as we compete against each other. Good sportsmanship will be our goal.

Parental Guidance
Parents may need to assist their students in adding the instructor as a friend on Nintendo Switch once receiving the friend code. Parents should closely monitor their students friend list to ensure safety while playing online.
Supply List
In order to participate in the online racing, students will need to have a Nintendo Switch or Nintendo Switch Lite with Mario Kart and a paid Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
