Description
Class Experience
In this one time math class, students learn one-to-one correspondence as they count up to 10 dolphins in the sea with me. Learners will hear and see each number and count dolphins to represent each number. Students may practicing counting and writing numbers at home.
There is no homework assigned with this class.
4 files available upon enrollmentLearners should bring 10 items of similar size to class that they can count and hold up to their screens. This can be small dolls, cars, blocks, plastic spoons, Legos, or hair bows,... Learners may practice writing numbers on paper as we go along in class, too.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learners will learn the numbers 1-10 and will learn one-to-one correspondence which will be assessed informally as they talk and count.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
