Hello and thank you for considering my class! I am thrilled to teach about a personal experience of mine...Swimming with Stingrays! I absolutely love the ocean and I can't wait to share which parts of the world are best to meet these fascinating fish. But, Stingrays aren't the only fish around while swimming, there are sometimes sharks and rays in these beautiful tropical places, too! Join me as we travel the world discovering the habitats of such unique Stingrays, Manta Rays, and sharks. We learn about the differences between rays versus stingrays, about their stings, and the misconceptions about how they are life-threatening to humans. We will also watch some Youtube video clips of swimming together (Humans, Stingrays, Manta Rays & Sharks), and to finish class, we watch Rays Fly!
