Marine Biologist Training Course (ages 5-10) During this class, students will learn what a typical day in the life of a marine biologist is like. We will discuss the different species that marine biologists work with, what each of those animals is fed each day, the responsibilities the marine biologist has for caring and maintaining a safe and clean environment for the sea life and how marine biologists educate visitors about the creatures and their natural habitats. As the teacher, I will take the students on a guided "virtual aquarium tour”. I strive to offer a fun, educational and engaging classroom experience for each of my students!

Hello there!
I love teaching students of all ages! I have over 20 years experience teaching students ranging in age from 4 to college level students. I strive to create a fun and engaging classroom where each student is eager to learn and participate. My mission is to make learning enjoyable and memorable.
My areas of expertise are communications and public speaking, but I love teaching science and animal related courses and helping students work on their reading skills. I currently travel around the country doing test prep classes for high school students.
I also have a passion for teaching younger students how to read. I have my ESL certification, a BS in Communications from the University of Tennessee and a MA in Business Management from Tusculum University.
I live in beautiful East Tennessee with my husband Chris, one bunny, three golden doodles and a yorkie!
