Class flow: Concept and strategies of the topic Interactive Math games Bilingual Worksheets - parents can print the worksheets for the children, children can write their answers on the worksheets while the teacher is working on the questions with them in class. This class is taught in Mandarin Chinese.
Our teachers for this class are Native Mandarin Speakers with a Mathematics related qualified education background. Ms Anna Zhang has a Bachelor degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Toronto. She's a Native Mandarin Chinese speaker with over 5 years of experiences in education field. She is also a trained and qualified Mentorhood Math teacher. Ms Yaping Huang was graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. She continued her graduate study in Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Master of Engineering degree in computer engineering. She is a Native Mandarin speaker, qualified Mentorhood Math teacher and a mother of two.
Some questions on the worksheets will be done together in class, the rest will be given as homework. Learners are highly recommended to complete the homework after class but not required.
Please have a few pieces of blank paper, pencils and erasers ready.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
