Does your child love learning languages and exploring new cultures? In this one-week interactive Mandarin immersion camp, learners will "travel" through China without leaving home!

Designed for upper elementary and middle school students, this experience focuses on Chinese travel, food, and etiquette while building Mandarin conversation skills through real-life scenarios, role-playing, and interactive games.

This is a Mandarin immersion class, with instruction primarily in Mandarin. English support is available if needed, but students should have some prior exposure to Mandarin and be comfortable following simple instructions.

 → Learn Mandarin greetings and self-introductions (我叫…, 我的家在…)

→ Explore travel words like airport (机场), train (火车), and ticket (票)

→ Scavenger hunt challenge: Match transportation words with images

→ Role-play activity: Booking a train ticket and asking for directions

 → Discover popular Chinese foods (炒饭, 包子, 饺子)

→ Practice ordering food in Mandarin at a restaurant

→ Compare restaurant customs in China vs. Western countries

→ Fun challenge: "Guess the Dish" – Identify regional Chinese foods
