Mandarin Chinese School - Private 1:1 With a Native Speaker (Multi-Day)

Our Mandarin Chinese School offers 12 levels, starting from pre-foundation to high school level. I tailor the teaching materials for each class to match learners' individual speeds and goals, so there’s no need to purchase additional materials—I provide all the practice resources you’ll need.

Each level is designed to ensure that learners can immediately apply what they’ve learned in real-life situations. While our lessons are based on ACTFL's learning goals, I also customize the content to help you achieve your personal objectives more efficiently.

Students will learn through dialogues, vocabularies, sentence patterns, songs, rhymes, and games.  We will focus on practical conversation and also learn:   
1.	Real hands-on learning experience:  Students have the opportunity to use what they learn to create their own sentences while having conversations with me. 
2.	Learn practical daily life conversation and say them in the correct way and with cultural context. 
3.	Play games to help students remember what they have learned. 
4.	Opportunity to explore vocabularies, writing, and Chinese character recognition. 
5.	Learn from a native speaker with proper Mandarin tones and with a neutral Mandarin accent. (I was born and educated in Taipei, Taiwan and I completed my master in the U.S.A.).  
6.	Learners have options to utilize both Bopomofo and Pinyin, simplified characters and also traditional character

Each lesson:
We review previous lesson(s) play games, and add new material.  Learners have many opportunities to practice what they have learned in the class with the native speaker (me).  Pronunciation is one of the key ingredients when learning a foreign language.  I will help students to correctly pronounce tones and provide a structured approach to learning Mandarin Chinese.  

Students are encouraged to play games utilizing the materials I send to them after each lesson. This way, students will be able to remember what they learned instead of just bringing home a bunch of paper.
