Description

Class Experience

***Students must have completed Parts 1 and 2 to be eligible for Part 3 unless you talk to me before singing up and are able to clep out***

Students will learn the basic of Chinese pronunciation and grammar as well as have ample opportunities to practice what they are learning on a daily basis. Students will use everyday situations from the Lexicarry book to learn how to talk about real life things in preparation for speaking Chinese to real Chinese people.

The students will learn a base of information and be able to use it to communicate about most basic things one might need while visiting China or talking with Chinese people about general daily topics.

I lived in China for 4 years and my wife is Chinese. I have an HSK4 level of Chinese and have been tutoring/teaching Chinese since 2014.

Students will be required to practice using flashcards or Anki(digital flashcards) as well as watch short videos practicing their phrases and words.

Students will be asked to practice the different situations during the review section and practice session of each class.

2 hours 30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
