**TEMPORARY SPECIAL UNTIL SEPTEMBER** Original Price: $300 for the 15 weeks. This flex course will last 15 weeks (2-3 classes and activities per week). **Any student that enrolls late will have access to material from the previous week(s).** Students will learn where their anger comes from and have the opportunity to practice multiple exercises to control their emotions when they become upset. A variety of emotions that being upset calls upon are explored and paired with activities, all of which create enhanced behaviors that best work with each individual's reactions to the feelings they get when they become angry. My learners will build on strategies to show anger who’s boss with a variety of fun activities about anger management through very simple and eye-catching slides, short conversation-like lectures, activities, and mini projects. Anger is a normal emotion just like joy, sadness, and fear, but it can also be difficult to know how to express those feelings in a good way that is understood from an outsider or viewed as "an appropriate behavior," especially as a child. This class was designed to reach children in need of working on expressing anger and powerful emotions appropriately through fun and exciting exercises. I aid my learners in staying calm and making better choices when they feel angry... but in fun and unique ways that are sure to capture their attention and have them look forward to their next class. Exercises that learners will be doing include doodling, making illustrations, writing in any style they prefer, meditation, and making small arts and crafts, as they work through angry feelings with this course about anger management. * Materials will be specified but may be modified by each learner (with parental assistance). Learners will exercise and continuously be exposed to practicing "Feel-Good Habits" by exploring lots of healthy habits that help kids react better in situations that make them mad. Overall, my learners will reach their main goal-- to stop angry feelings in their tracks by gaining focus and touch with their very own emotions, easily understandable information provided, and corresponding activities that will captivate their attention and best guide them to self-correcting inappropriate behaviors caused by anger. This class is best for kiddos having a hard time with controlling their emotions when they become upset, children in the early or later stages of tantrums, kids aiming to regulate or control their behaviors, and like behavioral situations. Learners will be able to reach out to me as needed. I am available to meet through zoom for quick meets if a student needs to ask or discuss any lesson, or activity.
