Description
Class Experience
Learners will have a better understanding of what different emotions look like and how to use calming techniques for fear and anger.
I have a degree in psychology, including classes in child psychology. I have also worked with preschool children for 16 years. I have taken many continuing education classes related to emotions in children and calming techniques.
To make the sensory bottle, you will need to have oil, water, 2 different colors of food coloring, glitter, and an empty bottle (Voss water bottles work well or something similar).
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners will probably need some supervision/help while making the sensory bottles at the end of class.
