My experience in the field includes working as a wellness counselor for senior citizens, educating elementary school classes on various Social and Emotional Learning topics, counseling individual clients, and running small and large group meetings with multiple populations. Through this journey I have transformed my own mental health and it has been a life changing experience. Teaching children skills to empower themselves is one way I can give to others as an act of gratitude.
