We will begin the course by discussing what emotions are and how we feel them in our bodies. We will spend additional time talking about uncomfortable emotions such as anger, sadness, jealousy, etc. We will then each choose one of these emotions and draw what it feels like in our body. We will then move on to practicing active ways of expressing those emotions and self-regulating. If there is time left we will be going through specific practice scenarios and talk through how we could express...
This class is taught in English.
Students will increase their emotional vocabulary. Students will learn at least three tools to work towards emotional regulation.
Provide your learner with paper and drawing materials (colored pencils, markers, or crayons)
