Description
Class Experience
Students will learn about management in a commercial setting, and how restaurants work.
Students are welcome to develop the activities from class further outside of the classroom.
Pen and pencil for notes. Some activity sheets will be provided. It is recommended to have a printer for these, but students can write on paper if not as well.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
