In this class learners will focus on making writing fun. Each class the learner will add to their writing journal. It is okay to come and go from this class as needed, each journal entry will be independent of the others. There will be a new focus each week. The main goal of this class is to make writing fun and to get the writers ideas on paper. Week of May 6 - Who is your favorite Disney character? Week of May 13 - Tell me about the country you live in. Week of May 20 - What is your favorite dessert? Week of May 27 - What is something that you love learning about?
Learning Goals
Learners will improve their writing skills and knowledge of different kinds of writing.

Learners will need a pencil and a notebook for this class.

My name is Julianna, and I am a homeschool mom to three wonderful children. A little bit about me is that I am a volunteer member of the Civil Air Patrol (Auxiliary of the Air Force) working directly with youth to strengthen their leadership, aviation and aerospace skills. I am a leader of a local homeschool co-op and ran a successful daycare / preschool pre-covid. My interests are aviation, camping, and American history.
A quote that inspires me is: “Whatever you are, be a good one.”
This quote to me means that all we can do is be the very best we can be. In my classes I encourage all learners to try their very best and to always support one another. Positivity is very important when it comes to a healthy learning environment.
