Welcome to Making New Friends: A Social Club and Hangout For Teens! Are you looking to make new friends, share your interests, and have a great time with people your age? You've come to the right place! This is a social club designed specifically for teenagers who want to connect, have fun, and build lasting friendships. Whether you're into music, sports, gaming, art, or just hanging out, this club offers a friendly and inclusive environment where everyone is welcome. Each week I will host a variety of games, activities, and discussions, giving you plenty of opportunities to meet new people, discover new hobbies, and make memories that will last a lifetime. Please don't worry if you are shy, that is what this social club is all about! My goal is to facilitate a group where each one of you will have the opportunity to come out of your shell and shine! Join us and be a part of a community where friendship comes first. Let’s connect, laugh, and grow together! All of my classes are inclusive for ALL learners! Absolutely everyone is welcome here! Discussion Topics: Favorite Movies and TV Shows: Share what you're watching and why you love it. This can lead to discovering new shows or movies to enjoy together. Music and Playlists: Talk about your favorite artists, bands, and genres. Members can create and share playlists, or even introduce each other to new music. Future Goals and Dreams: A discussion about what everyone wants to achieve in the future—whether it’s career aspirations, hobbies, or personal growth. Current Events: Discuss what's happening in the world today from a teenager's perspective. This could include anything from pop culture to news stories. Books and Reading: Share your favorite books or what you're currently reading. This could lead to a mini book club within the group. Personal Hobbies: Share your favorite hobbies, whether it's drawing, writing, sports, or gaming. This can help others discover new interests. Social Media Trends: Discuss the latest trends, memes, and viral content. What’s trending on TikTok, Instagram, or other platforms? Share Your Favorite Fandom with the group: What fandoms are you currently into? Who is your favorite character in the fandom, and what makes them special to you? Share your passion for this fandom with others in the group!
Learning Goals
