Description
Class Experience
Student will learn by practice their multiplication, division, and other 4th grade Math skills.
Approximately ten years ago I found my calling - my niche. Since then I have been teaching or tutoring elementary and middle school students in every subject with a focus upon Math. My specialty of teaching the Multiplication Tables came in very handy as public schools reduced this emphasis. I am also TESL certified through two companies. For the last three years I have been online or face-to-face tutoring Math and Language Arts to elementary and middle school students. In that span I have taught over 3,000 lessons. Positive encouragement, a flexible schedule, and creating opportunities for student success are driving forces in my classroom.
If requested - yes. Homework will NOT be assigned BUT practicing these skills is REQUIRED to be good at them. :)
Pencil & paper. Any forms I require for class will be sent 1-2 days before class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Progress will be assessed as student participates in completing class work.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
