Class Experience

By the end of this class, students will be able to effectively identify strategies to help calm themselves, and positively cope with the emotion of anger. 
Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and Certified teacher. 
Learner is encouraged to practice techniques learned in class when applicable.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
