If your child loves pizza and wants to learn how to make pizza dough, this is the class for you. Your child will improve their cooking, measuring and math skills as they learn to make pizza dough. They will be given a worksheet with the recipe which will focus on fractions and measurement. They can print this out, but it is not mandatory. We will be completing the worksheet in class. 1 file available upon enrollmentStudents will need flour, active yeast, salt, olive oil, a bowl and spoon. The student may mix the dough by hand or may use a standing mixer with parent supervision.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Student will need an adult close by if they choose to use a standing mixer instead of a wooden spoon and bowl.
