Description

Class Experience

1. How to write a comic script
2. How to layout a 25 page comic book
3. How to use drawing tools and different software options to make and publish comics.

Students will need to take script and draw / produce a comic. Art skills not a priority but a plus. This is a concepts class they can expand upon.
I will supply blank comics and resources. Students should have access to a computer and printer.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
  • Blank comic pages - provided
  • Other tools optional
Their willingness to participate in the overall process. This is a fun and creative class.
2 hours per week in class, and an estimated 2 - 4 hours per week outside of class.
Your child should like comics, writing and drawing. If they can't draw its okay, i want them to just have fun.
