Do you want to be a model for a day? In this class, the instructor will demonstrate step by step how students can look like a model going to a casting call. This class is great for students who want to be a model or for students who are interested in doing hair and makeup in a natural way! It is a simple and fun class for students to learn tips and tricks! Class Breakdown: First Half of Class 15- 20 minutes on Makeup The teacher will brush up on tips and tricks on how to hide pimples and blemishes and beauty tips that she has learned from modeling. The instructor will do a demonstration on how to achieve a natural face. Students can use markers to draw on the model face worksheet (with the attached guide) to understand where to apply the different products. Students are NOT expected to buy any makeup prior to this class. This is strictly for education purposes rather than a workshop. Hair Class- 10-15 minutes Students will learn how to do their hair for a runway casting call. -Hair Style 1: Sleek Ponytail- Students will follow the teacher and together everyone will complete the look. Students will learn how to part their hair based on their face shape. - Hair Style 2: Sock Bun: Students will follow the teacher and together everyone will complete the look. ( Students will have to cut the top of an old sock. If you do not wish to cut a sock, we can still do it without the sock.) - For the remaining part of class, we will look at different jobs models book with hair and makeup!
Learning Goals
Students will learn tips and tricks to achieve a natural model face and two hairstyles that models wear for casting calls and jobs.

Parental Guidance
Parental support when buying any products discussed in the classroom is recommended. Please advise any PC allergies when buying any products suggested. I do not receive any profit off of these transactions. These are strictly suggestions based off of personal experience modeling for the last 7 years. Please consult a specialist such as dentist/dermatologist for any issues or concerns first.
Supply List
Makeup: Please print the attached face and have at least 2 different colored markers or crayons with you. If a student has makeup and and wants to follow along, they can bring whatever they have. Again it is not necessary as they will practice drawing out our skills on the worksheet provided. Hair: Look 1 - Sleek Ponytail - 1 hair tie - bobby pins -comb/brush -hairspray Look 2- Sock Bun (Optional) - 1 old sock (preferably black or whatever matches your hair color) - scissors - 2 hair ties - bobby pins - I will be using Equate Styling & Spiking Hair Gel as well as Redavid Orchid Oil. You do not need these products for the class. Hairspray will work! **If you do not wish to cut up a sock, please know that is okay! I will show them a different way to do it.
