Join me as I teach students how to make their very own sensory bottle! Sensory bottles are a great tool for children to access as it has been known to help children regulate their body and calm down when they are feeling anxious or upset. Sensory bottles are wonderful as they can be personalized by each learner to make it a creation of their very own. Students will learn how to make this bottle with a live demonstration of the step by step process. Using only a few materials, students will walk away from this class with more than a pretty bottle, but a tool to help them throughout their day. Students will get to interact with each other and get ideas from one another throughout the creation and no experience is necessary. All learners and experience levels are welcome!
