Students will learn how to make a crunchwrap. Students need the knowledge of how to turn on the stove and use it safely. We will walk through the crunchwrap making process step by step starting with how to assemble it. All crunchwraps start with a large tortilla and are assembled with the preferred taco ingredients of each learner. Any meat ingredients should be cooked ahead of time. All of the preferred ingredients are wrapped inside of the crunchwrap and the end result is a completely...
I have made this recipe almost every week for a long time.
Supplies: -Frying Pan -Spatula or tongs (or both!) -Stovetop Ingredients (Choose the ones you like): -Cooking Spray (required to prevent sticking) -Large tortilla (required) -Chips such as tortilla, doritos, takis, etc. This is the "crunch" in the wrap (required) -Sour Cream -Taco Sauce -Lettuce -Tomato -Meat (chicken, beef, pork, etc.) -Peppers -Cheese -Onions -Any other ingredients you might put on a taco
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students should be supervised using the hot stove. Students should also cook any meat they plan to use before the meeting.
