I will give your child an introduction to the art of ventriloquism. I will help the class members learn how to hold the mouth to make it look natural but with room for sound to come out. I will show the effectiveness of misdirection as in looking at the puppet when it is talking and then let the learners do the same. I was a professional clown for 15 years and also did a lot of work with puppets during children's church for a good many years. It was in 4th or 5th grade when I first started doing ventriloquism and I still enjoy doing it even today.
It would be helpful to have a puppet with a movable mouth. If you don't have one, we can improvise with just using the hand or a sock. You may want to have pencil and paper for taking notes.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
