Class Experience

Are you looking for a fun science class your child will actually enjoy? Well then you have come to the right place! Welcome to my new class, Make Science Fun. Each week your child will get a new video based on a science topic and a fun theme that will keep them engaged throughout the entire lesson! At the end of each video there is a short assessment or reflection for students to fill out to check for understanding.

Lesson 1:
Learning About Pollution With Kirby
 Students will learn about the  different types of pollution and examples of each.

Lesson 2:
Speed, Velocity and Acceleration with Sonic
 Students will learn the difference between the terms speed, velocity and acceleration.

Lesson 3:
Animal Science with Pokemon
 All Pokemon are based on something and many are animals. Today, we will take a look at some Pokemon based on animals and learn some facts on these animals.

Other Details

Learning Needs
This class focuses on assisting students who are visual and auditory learners. For visual learners, every example has a picture and words to describe the picture. For auditory learners, lessons are read aloud slowly to ensure understanding.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
