Class Experience
Students will be taught how to create stop motion animation films that influence their creativity! Students will be able to you various items such as toys, pillows, plates, crayons, or any other item they can find to create their stop motion animation film. The class will be structured in a demonstration style where I will instruct students on how to create their animations and then provide feedback to students as they begin to create their own films. Students will learn how to create original works of art and understand technical information.
I have taught this lesson to over 150 students as a certified Technology Applications teacher in the state of Texas.
Stop Motion Studio (Free edition)
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need an alternate device to complete this project such as a table of a mobile phone. (Note: if these are not available, there are web stop motion apps that will be available)
