1 in-class hoursClass Experience
In this class, I will share with you what I know about creating Youtube videos for your channel. Creating Youtube videos can be a fun hobby and a valuable way to share important information. Whatever the reason may be, learning how to make a Youtube video is a great skill to have in our present world. We will walk through the process step by step with my screen in full view and learn how to edit videos on iMovie on an iPad or iPhone ONLY (I cannot teach this class to students on a MacBook version of iMovie). We will learn how to create a thumbnail, discuss what is good content, and how to post the video. Please be prepared to learn and be inspired by having your laptop or desktop available to use and another device to follow along in the process. I hope to see you in class! **Please note that you will need an account monitored and supervised by yourself for users older than 13 so that your child can upload a video to Youtube. You cannot upload videos on a google account that is for a child under 13 or one that is linked to a family account.* First Class: Intro to editing Second Class: Intro to Thumbnails and posting on YouTube *Let me know if you have an interest in gaming videos Students should have: **A YouTube created By a parent before class for someone older than 13 so that they can post videos onto the YouTube account.
