Let's imagine you just arrived at camp or a new school. These friendship bracelets are the perfect gift for your new friends! We'll take a step by step approach to learn how to make friendship bracelets quickly and easily. First, we will build a useful tool out of cardboard that can be used over and over to make many more bracelets! Next, we will choose our thread colors, set up our supplies, and go through the process step by step, making the bracelets together. Finally, you will...
Learners should have: - 5-6 different colors of embroidery floss. (Purchase at Walmart, Amazon, Hobby Lobby, or any sewing supplies store). There must be at least three feet of thread in each color. - Scissors that can cut thread and cardboard - A rectangular piece of cardboard (at least 4 inch X 7 inch). (The cardboard attached to the back of a spiral notebook works well).
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
