US Grade 5 - 8
This class will follow the familiar format of my Wings of Fire and Dragons classes, but a more intense study of the book. We will work on the book portion the first half of class and then move onto history or mythology study for the second half. It is expected the student has red the chapters before attending class as we will be discussing and quizzing on it. If they have not read it there will be spoilers. We will be covering about 8-9 sections of the book per week. In this class we will be studying some history of the Viking Age, but a main focus will be the Norse Mythology discussed in the book. Your Learner will need a notebook they will be using for the book study. There will be activities that need to be printed out each week and completed before class.
