Are you ready for your learner to become a magnificent musician? The ability to read and write musical notes is a foundational skill for musical learners who want to play an instrument and/or write their own songs. In this one time class, students will learn the musical notes of the treble clef. The class will begin with an introduction by Miss Ella and each learner. Students will learn the terms staff, treble clef and quarter note. They will learn an acronym to help remember the space note names on the treble clef staff.
I have experience teaching music in the classroom and have developed an understanding of musical theory through songwriting and as a musician.
Students are encouraged to keep reading and writing notes at home following the lesson. If they play an instrument, they are encouraged to read notes and play them on their instrument(s).
