Description
Class Experience
Students will learn the terms staff, treble clef and quarter note. They will learn an acronym to help remember the space note names on the treble clef staff.
I have experience teaching music in the classroom and have developed an understanding of musical theory through songwriting and as a musician.
Students are encouraged to keep reading and writing notes at home following the lesson. If they play an instrument, they are encouraged to read notes and play them on their instrument(s).

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
