Class Experience
This class is taught in Spanish.
I have a bachelor's degree in Hispanic linguistics and biology. In my Hispanic linguistics program, I studied secondary language acquisition and the evolution of the Spanish language throughout the transatlantic slave trade. I use Spanish in my daily life to converse with friends and family. I have also lived abroad in different Spanish-speaking countries.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
In-game death: Your learner's in-game character may be killed by in-game monsters, storms, other players, etc. Storms: The server generates storms during gameplay and these storms may lift and toss players, animals, and monsters into the air. Some learners may find the sight and sound of this to be triggering. The storms damage bases sometimes. Learners will need a purchased copy of Minecraft: Java Edition and their relevant Mojang/Microsoft log-in. Students will also need the CurseForge program. CurseForge is commonly used in the modded Minecraft community. It is like a modded Minecraft file organizer. You tell it what mod of Minecraft you want to play and it will gather the files for you so you do not have to visit multiple websites.
